As a service, we can perform a preliminary inspection near the date of completion of construction. A preliminary inspection gives you the opportunity to make sure you’re on track with accessibility compliance standards before contractors leave your property and the final inspection is performed.
You’ll receive a written report outlining any deficiencies we find and what is required to make each item compliant. We can provide design professionals and project managers with a copy of our report.
The cost of a preliminary inspection is based on a percentage of the cost of construction.
